To support our growth, we are looking for a :

                                             LEGAL COUNSEL (m/f)

                                                 Long term contract
                                                  Athens (GREECE)

Your mission will be to carry out in-house legal services and to provide legal advice for the management and the business partners.

Your main tasks

CORPORATE :

• Management and monitoring of the portfolio of domestic companies (approval of accounts, renewal of managers, drafting of intra-group agreements, management of the required legal formalities, POA, etc.) ;
• Support for capital transactions and internal reorganization ;
• Support for acquisitions and partnerships ; Legal support for project financing transactions

CONTRACTS:

• Analysis, drafting and negotiation of contracts in local language and English (land lease, development partnership, EPC, O&M, grid connection, PPA, etc.) ;
• Preparation of all legal documents required for participation in invitations to tender and consultations, from application to selection of the offer (NDA, MOU, term-sheets, protocols, etc.) ;
• Preparing updating a database of standard contracts

LEGAL ADVICE:

• Providing legal advice to all relevant stakeholders ;
• Centralizing legal documentation ; Handling local litigation and insurance matters;
• Ensuring legal reporting, updating the Legal Department’s databases and dashboards ;
• Handling and implementing guidelines on regulatory and compliance matters ;
• Monitoring legal developments in the country ;

Expected skills

• Greek law degree
• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate law and/or Financing law in a similar environment.
• Fluent in English and Greek (including legal drafting skills),
• Good IT skills.
• True team-player and dedicated problem-solver
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to deadlines
