To support our growth, we are looking for a :
CO-DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (W/M)
Long term contract - Wiesbaden (Germany)
Under the supervision of the country manger you'll Identify and negotiate Co-Development solar and energy storage projects and M&A opportunities in line with REDEN's strategic direction.
Your main tasks will be:
TO MANAGE DEALS FROM ACQUISITION TO CLOSING
Identify opportunities (M&A acquisitions, co-development, sales) and coordinate with development and country manager teams to ensure project feasibility.
Analyse and calculate economic viabilities.
Manage due diligence.
Negotiate and prepare transaction documents
Prepare application for shareholders' approval.
TO DEVELOP MARKET KNOWLEDGE
Improve market understanding by analysing trends, conducting studies
Establish a network.
TO COORDINATE OTHER DEPARTMENTS’ ACTIVITIES
Take responsibility for projects from enquiry to Ready To Build.
Coordinate all departments involved.
Expected skills
You have a degree in engineering, a master's degree in energy management, geography, or urban planning, or have gained extensive experience in our industry through other means.
You have at least 3+ years of relevant experiences in project management in the field of renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind power, or others).
You are familiar with financial analysis and modelling, with a good ability to synthesise.
