To support our growth, we are looking for a:
ASSET MANAGER (W/M)
LONG TERM CONTRACT
MADRID (Spain) / ROME (Italy) / MILAN (Italy)
Within the Asset Management department, you will oversee the financial performance of solar power plants.
Your main tasks will be :
THE MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMISATION OF THE ASSET PORTFOLIO :
Acting as the direct point of contact with co-investors by supporting and facilitating co-investment partnerships
Preparing for and chairing company governance bodies (supervisory board, executive committee, general meeting, board of directors, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations towards co-investors
Managing, in conjunction with the finance team, the stages involved in the financial structuring of a project
Managing and invoicing asset management contracts
Monitoring and optimising the profits and losses of photovoltaic companies
THE MONITORING AND REPORTING ON ASSET PERFORMANCE :
Prepare regular reports on asset performance for management and clients
Develop and oversee action plans for the least profitable power stations
Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure transparency and traceability of investment decisions
Monitor compliance with CAPEX/OPEX budgets following the final commitment decision
Monitor the debt coverage ratios of SPVs, ensuring their improvement is managed
Expected skills
You hold a master degree in finance (specialised Master’s, engineering degree or business school qualification) with a specialisation in energy systems.
You have solid expertise in financial analysis and asset valuation, enabling you to assess the economic performance and valuation of an asset portfolio.
You have a good knowledge of financial markets and a sound understanding of the renewable energy sector and its financing mechanisms.
You take a rigorous approach to risk management and ensure compliance with current regulatory standards and obligations.
You are proficient in reporting tools and methods and know how to transform data into relevant visual indicators to drive performance.
Advanced Excel skills and fluency in business English are essential for this role.
