To support our growth, we are looking for a:
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (F/M)
LONG TERM CONTRAT - ROME
Your main tasks will be :
To manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from job description to candidate selection in link with headquarters
Conduct pre-qualification interviews
Manage relationships with local managers and external recruitment agencies
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth integration with the office manager
To ensure HR administration
Manage employment contracts and social subjects in accordance with legal requirements
Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with finance and external consultants
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Produce HR Reports
To be the local HR for managers and employee
Deploy HR group policies and procedures
Handle communication with employees and with labor authorities
Manage employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters and best practices
Promote workplace diversity, inclusion, and a positive organizational culture
To lead training, development, and performance management
Serve as local contact for deployment of the training program for employees at all levels
Support career development initiatives
Implement talent retention strategies to reduce turnover
Expected skills
You have at least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, in HR administration or in the social aspects of HR and you have a strong background in social law.
You are at ease with figures and you already had an experience with payroll.
You are independant enough to work in a small team with a manager in France and in an international context.
You are fluent in Italien and English.
